Dan Higgins is the principle instructor for the Paragon Institute. He has been involved in the field of massage for over thirty years. Dan is Nationally Certified and licensed to practice in the states of Hawaii and Nebraska. His teaching career spans two decades. In addition to maintaining an active private practice and seminar schedule, Dan is a member of the adjunct faculty of Doane College and The Myotherapy Institute.

In February of 1999 Aunty Margaret gave Dan her blessing and permission to teach her work to others. Dan's Hawaiian name is O'Keakuaka'alunakanawi.
